Nutrition is a key component of overall health and fitness. You can add on personalized nutrition services with nutrition counseling for an individualized plan where we update and check in regularly, and I will tailor a nutrition plan to you, we'll check in regularly, and update as you need.
The Group Receives a basic menu plan in the app each month, with a full week of recipes and meals. You can swap out meals, see your nutrition totals, and generate shopping lists in the app. The goal is to get you trying new healthy meals (on your own, or that your family can enjoy too), with the ease and flexibility of adjusting it to your life and preferences. If you need more individualized help, Nutrition Counselling is available as an additional service.
Strength training is essential for building muscle, burning fat, and improving overall health. All of my programs prioritize strength training. We focus on building strength and muscle mass, which has great carryover for improved health and metabolic state, more energy for everyday tasks. More stamina and ability, with tasks that used to challenge you. Better long term outcomes for quality of life, movement and sustained independence, protectant against disease, confidence that carries over into your relationships and professional career, and well your whole body composition will change too. :)

We all work on the same main lifts each week, whether we train alone in our basements or with a combination of in-person or online and group sessions and individual in-gym sessions.
Get involved as you want in the group features (chat, group workouts, challenges).
I do the workouts too, so you can follow along with social media.
We can cater the workouts to where you're at in your journey, what your limitations are (body or equipment), what your specific goals are, and how much time/sessions you can commit per week.

If you would like to track your nutrition to a higher detail, including calories, macronutritents, and vitamin/mineral (basics) adequacy, you can do that too.

You need at least 2 workouts a week to see the benefits of Strength training, but you can adjust the program and the workout days to suit your current fitness level and schedule.
You can easily adjust the exercises to the equipment you have available with the substitute exercises feature in the workout tracker. If you're not sure which exercise to modify to, all you need to do is message me.
Yes, but it depends on the on the severity of the injury or disease. I'll need you to get clearance from your doctor. But I can work around any issue, and you should too.
