Modern life doesn't give much opportunity for ourselves, and it shows when we try to improve ourselves.  Your body doesn't move like it should do to imbalances and poor posture over time.

I want to help you improve quality of life - now and into the future

I help you start at the bottom - safely  - so you can move confidently forward on your own.  I help people with real-world goals

  • following in the health-path of their parents to fight genetics
  • the post-injury client that needs to return to strength and mobility
  • the mom that just needs to take time for herself
  •  man who's never worked out and sits at a desk all day
  • someone who needs it for their mental health
  • those who want to be able to chase after and provide good role models for their kids

Loving yourself and treating your body well is the essence of everything.  It will overflow into every other aspect of life.  I am dedicated to you - and that's why it is my mission to meet you wherever you are, work around all of your limitations, and offer  flexible scheduling that puts you first.

Learn how to safely get stronger, correct imbalances that led to injury, and find what those of us that get it have - the consistency to know how to work through struggles without quitting on yourself.

MY FITNESS STORY

I was not always fit

I actually spent most of my 20's yo-yo'ing through the sizes.


I actually spent most of my youth not participating in any sports.


I know what you feel when you say you're un-confident and awkward in your body.


I've been non-athletic , my whole life.



I made a big change - and you can too


Fitness gave me the confidence to go after what I wanted, it flows into all aspects of life.  And I can help you get there too.


I don't believe in extreme measures - short term results with unsustainable habits

Did your trainer cut all your carbs? Tell you to only eat after 2 pm? Tell you to take out a whole food group or any other advice that seemed arbitrary and limiting?  None of these approaches are backed by science

Strength Traing and Build Longevity

With programming and meal recommendations you can see yourself enjoying and sustaining for life.
