All Coaching comes with a flexile meal plan that works for you, in fact it's not really a meal plan, but a set of habits, steps, formulations, and trial and error until we find the right meals that are both sustainable and fit your lifestyle.
Swappable meals, ready grocery shopping lists, help learning macros that are specific to you. I teach moderation, not deprivation, and help my clients find balance.
